Seller Purchases Property(with Listing Agent)

MLS Listing Service (by Owner) works because it provides exposure to
Buyers/Renters working with Agents and Buyers/Renters working without Agents.

property without an Agent. Buyers/Renters are searching the WEB and buying/renting direct!
