OAPS Agents who recruit new Sales Agents to OAPS will receive
a $100.00 Recruiting Bonus when the NEW Agent closes their
2^nd sale and will continue to receive a $100 Bonus for all sales
thereafter for as long as the NEW Agent and the Recruiting
Agent remain employed with OAPS.

Experienced Agents earn 80% commission on their 1^st transaction. There are NO annual sales or transaction quotas to qualify. 

NEW Agents earn 80% commission on their 4^th transaction. 
New licensed Agents will qualify as Experienced Agents when they reach their 4^th sales transaction. 

NEW Licensed Agents commission plan:

1^st   Sales transaction, Agents earn 50% commission

2^nd   Sales transaction, Agents earn 60% commission

3^rd   Sales transaction, Agents earn 70% commission

4^th   Sales transaction, Agents earn 80% commission

There are NO Agent fees or business set-up costs for OAPS Agents!

NO ERROR & OMISSIONS INSURANCE (E&O) fees

Subscribing to Multiple Listing Service (MLSPIN) is the only required cost of doing business for FULL-TIME Agents ($42/month).

+ 10 – 15% Automatic Chain Referral Fees

Owner-Assisted Property Services (OAPS) is proud to
announce that 80% of our business is based on referrals!

(OAPS offers the highest referral-based commission fees.)

OAPS Referral Agents earn a 25% Referral Fee*
OAPS Agents who refer a Buyer/Seller Client to an OAPS Agent will receive a 25% Referral Fee when the sale closes.

OAPS Referral Agents receive “Automatic” Chain Referral Fees**  OAPS Referral Agents receive “Automatic” Referral Fees when their  referral Buyer/Seller Clients refer other Buyer/Seller Clients directly to the same OAPS Agent, and then those Buyer/Seller Clients refer other  Buyer/Seller Clients directly to the same OAPS Agent, again, etc., creating a chain of referrals without the assistance  from the OAPS Referral Agent.

Chain Referral/Client #1:  25% Referral Fee.*  OAPS Referral Agent refers  Buyer/Seller “Client #1” to an OAPS Agent.

Chain Referral/Client #2:  15% Referral Fee.*  Buyer/Seller “Client #1” refers  Buyer/Seller “Client #2” to same OAPS Agent.

Chain Referral/Client #3:  10% Referral Fee.*  Buyer/Seller “Client #2” refers  Buyer/Seller “Client #3” to same OAPS Agent.

*  Referral Agent Fees are paid on “net” commission, after rebate is paid (if applicable).

**   OAPS Referral Agents receive “Automatic” Chain Referral Fees even though they  may  not be aware that the Chain referral occurred.  Chain Referral Fees are not paid after  the  3^rd Client Referral (within the same client referral chain).  All new client referrals  beyond the 3^rd Client Referral (within the same client referral chain) are considered  to be procured by the OAPS Agent working with the clients in that chain.
